This policy describes what information may be collected from you, how this information is used, and the rights and choices available to you regarding such information. It does not apply to information collected by third parties that we do not own or control.

Information that may be collected and how it is used

This website may collect personal and non-personal information from you both from data entered manually by you and also automatically through your navigation and interaction on our website.

If you voluntarily provide information during interactions on our website such as leaving comments, contacting us via the contact form or directly by email, or by subscribing to our email list (this may include your name, email address and any comments or messages that you leave) we use this information to provide services and customer support to you.

The website host, Wix, may also collect information automatically that we do not have access to, including information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our website and how you use our website. This information is stored on Wix.com databases in accordance with the Wix privacy policy.

We use automatic data collection technology provided by Google Analytics to collect information about you and how you interact with our website. This helps us to improve your experience on our website. This information is anonymised and available for us to view only in aggregate.

We use MailerLite as our email service provider and they may track information on emails from us that you open and the links you click within these emails. They store this information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We use this information to provide the most relevant content for you and improve your experience with the emails we send.

How we protect your information

It is important to us that your data be kept secure and we do our best to protect your sensitive personal information. We only use any information collected to better serve you by creating content and products that you love.

The information collected is only shared with third party services when necessary to perform functions and provide services for you such as MailerLite as detailed above.

We will never sell your information and will never knowingly share your information unless legally required to do so or to provide a product, information or service that you have requested.

Any information we collect will be kept only for as long as is necessary to provide you with any services. Any information you leave in a comment and the metadata associated with this are retained indefinitely so that Wix can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically. If you subscribe to our email list we retain any data you provide (usually your name, email address and location) for as long as you are subscribed to that list, but once you unsubscribe, your data is deleted.
